Since switching to Fido I cannot receive verification codes as texts. This has left me unable to use several apps and access my information. I have read similar subjects from others but do not know how to solve this issue.

I'll be happy to help you with that! I'll need to ask you a few questions though:
1. Are you using a mobile plan or data-only plan for this?
2. If it's a mobile plan, did you recently port-in your number?

2. yes, I just ported in to Fido in-person and that process was complete
