Can’t receive verification codes since switching to Fido

Since switching to Fido I cannot receive verification codes as texts. This has left me unable to use several apps and access my information. I have read similar subjects from others but do not know how to solve this issue.

1. It is a mobile plan2. yes, I just ported in to Fido in-person and that process was complete thanks
