Can't reach a human service rep either by phone or chat

Waited over a hour on the phone before being cut off.  Tried to use the chat function but the wait line is so long they can't even put me in the queue.  Fido is offering 20 GB for $30 for new activations.  Virgin Plus has the exact same offer.   Will Fido match or should I leave for Virgin?
