I ported to Fido couple of days back via Best buy offering 15$ credit for 24 months , leading to 25$ per month. However, I don't see it anywhere applied in my fido account. Customer care is never reachable and not even live chat... Is anyone on the same boat, and any suggestions please?
I see only 1 code in my contract. In my current bill,I notice 50$ activation fee also applied, though was informed by BB agent that no activation fee shall be levied.
Is fido customer service so bad- no live chat available all the time, and long wait times on call - tryingfrom last 4 days, no luck !!!!
