I have received my confirmation of cancelling wireless service on Apr 25th, and I have asked to end my service at May 2nd. At the time, in my balance account, there is still a remain amount of -15.00.
However, I just got a bill notification to pay a full month bill for May.
Please check if there is any bug in my account.

Does the bill you received mention it's the "Final" one?
If not, this means a final bill should come out in the next days with the final adjustments and reflect your real final balance
