Can't login in into My Account (WEB) and finish transaction.

I'm an old customer who ported to another company a couple of years ago and decided to go back to Fido. Tried to buy a new plan but can't finish the transaction because the system asks me to log in to my previous account and I get a constant warning "This Page is Temporarily Unavailable", thus not being able to buy anything or even update my info.

So there's any solution for this or I'll have to use a secondary email to buy your company services, which let's face it it's very inconvenient.
