Can't change my billing online

I've recently moved in to a new house and I've been wanting to update my adress. But each time I enter my new adress and click "SAVE", it always results to "OOPS, we've hit a snag. Please check back later. I want to know the reason why this is happening.

i can't change my billing adress online. If i try to save my new address it says 404 error.
