I am the account holder, and I have been trying to change my address in billing settings but it won't allow me to and no matter how many times it verifies that it's me and I try to change it it always says error 502!

If you followed the instructions and did not change your address more than twice and you are still getting the error then I would suggest you contact customer service directly and they will be able to help you.
