I've been logging into MyAccount through fido.ca using my phone number as my Username, for years now. Suddenly today, it rejected my login indicating I can no longer access MyAccount with my phone number. To manage my services I must now register a new MyAccount profile. What is up with that?! Not sure how to proceed at this point as I cannot get into my account. Thanks!

Is your number still active?
We would recommend that you create a profile with your email address. This way you'd be able to manage your account whether your number is deactivated, or changed as well.
