Can not reach wingback team

Hello,

I recently received a call from FIDO from winback team and I transfered my 4 numbers to FIDO.  However I did not receive SIM card for the 4th line. So the process is incpmplete now amd I can not reach the winback team to transfer the 4th number.  How can I reach them?
