Hi everyone,
I'm not a techie and just got my new Sim card. Can I activate my phone today, moving from another provider with all the cell phone company offices closed? Not sure how hard it will be for a non-techie like me to do it without calling in to het support.

Hey @Na10!
You can actually do everything on your end of things so you don't need to contact our customer service. Your SIM card is already activated when you receive it. All you need to do is put it in your phone and you should be good to go!
If you need to transfer your phone number from another provider, you can do so in your MyAccount by following the steps here.
