This insurance company will not replace my phone, although it was stolen from me and I have sent all the information they asked for. They keep asking you for additional documents even though you provide all the necessary documents request they won't accept your request

I lost my device on May 23 and raised a request on June 3 .they have requested me to submit Utility bill which i don't have as am an international traveler and finally they kept me waiting for 45day they rejected my claim.
Reason for rejection never knows they won't provide any information . Literally, I have contacted them to provide the information for more than 20 times
