i have a bright star protection and i have a lost my iphone so i claimed it and i paid for that on 26th nov so they said that your package gonna vbe delivered on next businness day which is on 27th nov so i idnt get and than i called to ups and they said that your shipper shipped your phone on 27th so thats why you didnt get so now on 30th NOv i am calling them to know the status of my package and ups saying that we dont have any update call your shipper to start investigate because we lost your package and when i am calling to BRIGHTSTAR ans saying them this all about and they are saying that its between you and UPS so now no body is answering that when i am going to get my Phone.....!!!!
So, do not buy any protection with Brightstar it's a big scam tghey not giving any proper customer service on call.
