I got a message about over usage of data, reached $50.00, however I don’t exceed my data limit. Customer call service stuff confirmed that I had 5G left and nothing to pay one week ago.
Since l changed my plan, I have some problems about data. I called several time to Fido to fix it, but still same situation.
Please check my plan again and confirm that I don’t need to pay this extra $50.00 for over data with my new 10 G data plan.
