Black Friday deals not showing in My Account

It seems to be repeated problems with Fido!  

I have signed up to BF deals at Fido booth (I have three lines) and my plans should have 1000LD for free and cost 29$ plan for 20Gb +10Gb total 30Gb.  However, in My Account they showed the original pricing and charged me $3 for the 1000LD mins.  All plans are not correctly charged!

I tried calling the customer service and can never get through!

It is a scam!

It's possible that the discount isn't appearing on your cost in your agreement, also, if your plan was changed for your next billing cycle, it wouldn't show on your account until its actually changed.
