I dont believe it and i have no time for these games. My bill went up a few moths ago and I called and got a deal for a year locked in. Now my secong billing has come and its gone up again. Only a few dollars but thats not the point.
I had an agreement so now having to shop again for a deal.

As already mentioned, you will likely need to contact customer services for specific account issues. However, you should note that since Fido switched from their old subsidised plans to their new Payment Program, I don't think plans are contractual anymore. If you have a contract, it applies to the device financing only.
