Your invoices should be available online on Fido.ca at all times. You can view bills up to 18 months old in full detail (PDF version), as well as your payment history.
That being said, if you currently have no access to the invoices online it could be caused by the type of profile you have linked to your account. Only the account holder can access the billing, the subscribers are excluded.
Just to confirm, when you try accessing your bills online, is there a message that indicates that you're not the account holder? If that's the case, you can reach out to us at these channels so we can rectify this as soon as possible to enable you full access to your online profile.
