December
Hello.
Have recently returned to Fido via their winback promotions in early December.
Using the FIDO web portal I can see two invoices; one for the temporary number and a smaller invoice for my ported mobile number. I was informed by a Fido rep that the smaller amount owing is what I should be concerned about. Please note this is a BYOD. I had my original number ported the same day I recieved my SIM.
I'm still not confident as to what invoice needs to be paid or if its both; is this normal?

Hello @bakedcorn,
Your bill for that period is $89.97 but you may have gotten some credits applied to it and the balance to be paid on the account is $22.17 so you just need to pay $22.17 to bring your account to $0.
