Fido only keeps records online for 18 months and then they are archived after that (see here). If you require access to earlier records, there is a $15 fee per invoice (see here). For your current records online, you can view the details via My Account --> Billing & Payments. From there, you can Save and/or Print a PDF copy of your bill. Alternatively, you can also view the billing details online by selecting the required bill.
If you would like to discuss the matter, you would need to contact customer service. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above.
