Billing Issue

Hi!!

I was offered to special promo offer as I was a loyal customer to Chatr. I agreed to 1000 minutes internal call, 3GB data and unlimited text and phone for $40/month. They said they will mail me the new fido SIM card but I didn't recieve any SIM card till today. But I got a mail today informing me about the balance of $101 that I need to pay back before January 22, 2021. 

To conclude, I don't have the SIM and I didn't use it at all. But I have a balance to pay. What am I supposed to do?

The bill is processed in advance, which is why it's processed already. That said, the fact that you haven't received your sim card  or any tracking information is odd. Nonetheless, we can surely help you with this!

call them telling them to adjust your bill at least to the date you received your sim card shippment!!!!!
