Hello, i finished my old contract and got a new one July 13 with a Motorola edge+ on the Fido payment program promotion which it was at 10.99$

With my new contract of 45$ 8gig. My bill is suppose to be 64.38 a month but I'm getting charged the full amount (2.347$) not sure why?

The bill I received says I gotta pay 2347$ by the 29th of August instead of monthly payments of 64.38

The screenshot you posted does show your monthly charges after tax is $64.38, what exactly is the problem?

In this case, it would be best to reach out directly to customer service and they can look at your account to see what is going on.
