I financed a new phone last month online and even though I was told I would not be charged the $45 setup/activation fee, it was incorporated into my last months bill. I've gotten a new bill and it's more than I anticipated. Based on the breakdown, I'm paying for 2 months(July - Aug, Aug- Sep). I'd really love some clarity as regards this.
