When exactly is your bill cycle date?
If your cycle ends the 28th, then the bill can take up to 5 days before it's released so it's still within the regular delays 
Once it's ready to be viewed online, you'll get an e-mail to let you know. If ever 5 days pass from the cycle date and you don't get it, let us know!
