Berri-UQAM metro station Montreal bad network

Hi there,

 

Up to last year, the data at this station was great and I had no problems using data, lately it's really bad even if I have full bars of LTE. Any idea what the problem is?

Hi there @sleocvreetly,

 

Data speed can depend on a lot of factors such as traffic congestion. The signal reception on the other hand can be interfered by other devices that transmits or receives a wireless signal for example. All this to say that it'll be hard to really pinpoint what may be causing this.

 

Have you tried rebooting your device when that happens or even resetting your device network settings see if that would help?
