Hi @rholmans we are here to help tell us what's the issue if it's technical we can assist here. if it's a specific issue personal like billing etc you may prefer reaching a customer representative I personally use the dial in 611 on your Fido phone then option 5 to speak with a live customer representative.
You can of course write a post here to complete your feedback for improvements. That will most likely have more impact then any survey cuz it's direct with us all.
The Fido site is very difficult to maneuver. I had great difficulty in locating the place to reply to messages. I only came upon it by chance. ARRRGH
