April 19 no wireless service- no credit to my may bill

I got message said will not charge for the day April 19 without wireless service, however I just  received new bill today for April 25-may 24, I didn't see any credit applied to my account.

it is very small amount for 1 day but should honor what Fido talked to public or customers 

thanks god their home internet working  that day, otherwise I had lost contact totally April 19

The credit is on the invoice dated May, released in the month of May. Is yours out yet? What is the bill date on the top of the invoice you are looking at?

  From what I understand, the credit should appear on your bill dated on or after May 1st.

  Since your most recent bill is April 24, I think you should receive the credit on your next bill.
