Anyone else got their bill increased and told it was always that high?

  1. PhotoGridLite_1592432468610~2.jpgjust went through an exhausting exchange with Fido support.  Why do you train your staff to deny that there was an increase on the bill?  Any one else got treated like they were wrong for seeing an increase?
  2. Make sure you download all your bills!!!
