Adding new line under my FIDO account

Hi Team,

 

I would need a secondary line , as all stores nearby my home is closed . And so I tried online in my account the option to Add a line . But it shows an error "you have reached maximum number of  lines allowed on your account"

 

I have only one account

 

Please help in what should be done to get secondary number ASAP

In this case, you'd need to speak with someone at our customer support team to perform a credit evaluation. All new line activations on a monthly account require a quick credit evaluation before proceeding with a new activation.
