I understand there might have been some discussion in the community regarding the waiving of certain fees. You should note that the waiving of fees are limited to certain situations. For example, the waiving of activation fees mentioned by Scooby-Doo in February referred to a specific promotion held during that time. The only current promotion to waive activation fees is when you activate or upgrade online. Unfortunately, you can only activate a home phone via customer care or in store.
It's possible that certain store locations might have their own in-store promotions. If that was the case, you would need to return to that store to discuss your situation.
