When you say your account is on hold, are we talking about the temporary suspension?
Is it the regular charges? The reason I'm asking is because there is still a $7 monthly charge while your service is suspended.

My account is on temporary suspension, but I have opted to keep my phone number in the mean time. I would expect a 7 dollar bill on my account, however, it is showing a 75 dollar charge. I am not sure if this is expected or not?
