I have called on 29 of june and requested to cancle the service because i have left the country and the promised to deactivate it. But i still recieve emails with bills to pay. Kindly fix this issue. Thanks

Kindly use this as an instruction to deactivate and block my Fido line 6723388595..I'm out of the country and I don't know when I will be coming back. Thnks

I replied to your other post here. As mentioned in my reply, you would need to contact customer service in order to cancel your services. I understand FidoPamela had offered to provide assistance via PM, however, the information in this thread is quite old now. The community is no longer a venue for customer services.
