My Fido no. is cancel without my permission without any bill pay I don't know no one help me, I am going Fido store she/he not solve and no good response from Fido customer support I have no other connection to call friend, family no Internet connection, I hate this type of service from Fido. Very Very bad service

  Sorry to hear your services have been closed or cancelled (suspended?). However, you should note that this is the community forum and not intended as a venue for customer services. Unfortunately, we would not know the details of your situation.

  I'm not sure what you mean by that statement. However, if you have not paid your bills, they are within their right to suspend or cancel services for non-payment without notice (see Terms of Service; section 2 i,i).

 

  If your services were suspended due to non-payment, you will likely need to contact their Credit Operations team to have them remove the suspension and make a payment arrangement. It should be mentioned that a payment arrangement may not be available in some situations. In addition, you should note that there will likely also be a fee to restore your account (see here).

 

  I understand you may have already contacted customer service, however, if you wish to further discuss the matter, you would need to contact customer service again. In addition, they can also be contacted via Live Chat, Facebook, or Twitter. Those methods can be accessed via the contact page posted above. Though you would still likely need to contact the Credit Operations team to remove the suspension.
