Accidentally paid bill instead of buying prepaid voucher

Hello, I am using a prepaid plan at fido, and I used up my first month. Now to plan my second month, I accidentally have paid 43$ through a bank instead of buying a voucher. So I have a negative balance of $43, and I had to go and pay for a voucher at a store. How can I get my accidentally paid bills back?

As @Original_Lucy mentioned, you'd need to reach out to customer service for assistance with this.

 

However, the prepaid department can only be reached over the phone by dialing 611 from your Fido phone.

You can also head to a Fido store for help!
