I have had an account with Fido since February 2018 which has included a voice messaging service that I have been using regularly. I continue to get text notifications indicating that I have a voicemail messages, however, when I dial 1, I am advised that I cannot access my phone messages. When I follow prompts by dialing 6-1-1 and attempt to access my account by providing my 10 digit phone number, I am advised that my number is not recognized! Help! What happened?!!? My account is in good standing. - A -

You may want to try calling the voicemail retrieval number: +1 416 821-6549.
You may also want to have a look at this article here as it could be helpful.
