Supspension

Hi, I will go back to China and I wanna keep my phone number. But I take a suspension last year, so the customer service tells me I can take a prepaid plan, the problem is that now is not phone call working hours,  and I will board 3 hours later, will I be charged if I call your number in China?  Or maybe I can do it by my self on the website.  Thank you.
