A recent Fido ambassador experience

I recently port out 1 of my 2 line and soon with my second line.

 

My latest experience with the ambassador is very disappointing,  I have been talking to the team and got few offers.  I decided to call back after the scheduled call back was disconnected. The last agent told me I m not eligible for any offer because she can't locate my number.  I explained to her that I have been talking to her team the last 2 days and she tell me that's nothing she can do and ask me to talk to the customer service and wasn't willing to listen to my situation and said good bye.   I m confused?  A Fido ambassador asked me to refer to regular customer service dept.  

 

Oct 30, 1st incoming call from Ambassador

Oct 31, 2nd incoming call and then scheduled a same day follow up call at 5pm

Oct 31, received a call at 6pm but it disconnected after 5 seconds.

Oct 31, I call back at 7pm and got told "Good bye"

I'm sad to read about your experience. The service provided could have been better there!
