After I canceled my Internet Account with FIDO, it took many months and a lot of frustrating hrs to get my refund cheque for a credit balance on my cancelled account. It was supposed to be automatic but in fact it was anything but. Basically I had to fight to get back what was mine. Of course they didn't pay any interest on that amount they withheld for more than 2 months. Fast forward to today, and I also cancelled my two phone lines with FIDO, thanks to their non-existant customer support, and now they charged my another month's bill ON MY CANCELLED ACCOUNT instead of issuing a final bill to settle the account. HOW CAN A COMPANY BE SO CLUELESS ABOUT WHAT THEY ARE DOING???
This is beyond unacceptable, and beyond anything I've ever seen in my 40 years as a consumer.
Once this ordeal is over, I will never set foot to the FIDO land ever again!!.

Can you elaborate on the second part? You cancelled your cellular account, but the final invoice was billed to a different account? I'm not sure I understand. Any further detail will hopefully help us shed light on the situation.
