I have chagned my Fido plan to the $50 9GB (4+5GB) promotion plan + extra 5 hour Bytes/month. The system only shows 4GB at my account service info. Now I have used up my 4GB data, and the system have paused me from using more data, unless I would like to pay for $15/1GB.
So, my question is where my extra 5GB is, please? I contacted Fido this morning, but the agent told me that the system is upgrading; therefore, he could not open my account to help me. I have to contact Fido again at the weedays at normal business hours.
Could anyone help me, please?
