5 GB is missing from the $50 9GB (4+5GB) promotion plan?

Hi There,

How do you do? Hopefully everyone enjoyed your weekend. 

I have chagned my Fido plan to the $50 9GB (4+5GB) promotion plan + extra 5 hour Bytes/month. The system only shows 4GB at my account service info. Now I have used up my 4GB data, and the system have paused me from using more data, unless I would like to pay for $15/1GB. 

So, my question is where my extra 5GB is, please? I contacted Fido this morning, but the agent told me that the system is upgrading; therefore, he could not open my account to help me. I have to contact Fido again at the weedays at normal business hours. 

Could anyone help me, please?

It does look like you were maybe put on the incorrect plan as the 5GB bonus is built into the package and should be available to use right away.

 

We're going to look into this with you! I'll send you a PM so we can check things out.
