Sorry for my confusing question i posted before..... regarding upgrading why do we need to wait 30 days after getting a device before we can upgrade? (I'm not talking about a excbutna upgrade)

You will need to wait the 30 days before upgrading that is in place to protect our account from fraudulent activities.
