30 day limit

Hi! I updated my address yesterday and was planning on getting the note 10 plus on clearance promotions but was told I have to go to a physical store due to the 30 day limit. Is there any other way to bypass this and have it sent to my new address instead since I can't go out this week and the promotion ends in 2 days?
