I was offered 2GB bonus but I forgot for how long time, can you let me know how can I know that information?


Once the expiration time arrives, will I have to make sure to eliminate them myself so I dont get charge? or will they dissapear? There is no clarity about this and I could not find where this information is displayed.

Bonus data can either be for a specific set of months or it can be permanent as long as you keep the plan.


If its a specific set of months then it will drop off when the time comes but you will be notified at least 30 days before it expires via your invoice.


If you are not sure if it is for a set amount of months or permanent you can reach out to customer support and they can let you know.
