I’ve been a customer with Fido for a bit over a year and I’ve had 2 credit inquiries, July 2nd and September 2nd for no apparent reason. I haven’t opened any new accounts nor have I requested to open a new account or service. I also don’t have any late payments. The only change was that I upgraded my plan once but that didn’t affect my credit score. I now have two dents in my credit score. How can I fix this?
That does sound a bit strange. A plan change does not impact your credit score.
On our end, we are required to report your account's payment habits to credit bureau on a monthly basis. This can consist of the last payment you made, your account balance, cancellation, new activation etc. To better understand what happened, can you please clarify a couple of points for me?
How do you make your payments?
Are they made and received on our end before the due date?
