 Hey, I get calling from the number 118778669930 daily after the day I transfer my number to another telecom service provider, It hung up without saying a word. Even I blocked it, I called back, just answering machine said this is from Fido,  Annoying.

Its most likely someone from the winback department, it seems this is still an unresolved issue the call drops many times before it is actually connected. I don't think there is anything that Fido can do as this is a third party making these calls trying to get you to come back.
