Adding a new line to my account

I added a new line on my account for a family memeber living in Ontario. I am a Manitoba resident.

Fido representative messed up the process! The family member living in Ont was assigned an Manitoba # and my Manitoba # was cahnged to Ontario. I was promissied that the mistake will be fixed in 24-48 hours. 72 hours later no change and every time I speak to a fido representative they find excuses!

I contacted fido today two times, today,  and every time the call was dropped. Guess what?! They did not call back, I suppose they did not care.

Sorry to hear about the mixup, at this point contacting customer service is your only option as they are the only ones that can fix this issue. Something of this nature would take some time to resolve.
