I added a new line on my account for a family memeber living in Ontario. I am a Manitoba resident.
Fido representative messed up the process! The family member living in Ont was assigned an Manitoba # and my Manitoba # was cahnged to Ontario. I was promissied that the mistake will be fixed in 24-48 hours. 72 hours later no change and every time I speak to a fido representative they find excuses!
I contacted fido today two times, today, and every time the call was dropped. Guess what?! They did not call back, I suppose they did not care.
