i am a 10 year-plus customer. I cant log into my acount, even with help of Jack and trech specialist. The system doesnt recognize my email adress or my acount number or phone number or username. but interestingly enough, they recognize my email address and phone number to send me monthly invoices. i might be done with FIDO especially when you cant call them.
