received an old router from fido

Hi, i just got my router today and I noticed that the router seems to be used. there are some scratches and the housing/case of the router seemed to be opened and was not put back properly. is this normal??

Can you confirm if your modem works properly? Does it seem damaged? Was the package also damaged when you got it?

@kensh21 All of the routers Fido got for their home internet are used routers refurbished from Rogers.
