I just ordered Fido Internet exactly last week. I got my modemn on the 2nd of Novemeber and was told it'd be ready. However, the @ symbol doesn't light up on my modemn but I get the 2 blue lights above it.
I called Fido and was put on hold for TWO hours until the agent told me there was nothing he could do. I was told to wait until it's actiavted.
It's been 4 days and still no internet. I called again yesterday and another agent told me I'd have internet today. I still don't have it! I'm getting really frustrated because I need to work from home and my data is running out.
