Hello, a modem was brought today, I connect everything according to the instructions, but why does the light bulb @ not light up what could be the reason?

Resolved! Multiple intermittent connection drops

I am experiencing multiple connection drops  on a daily basis.  Some are brief, lasting seconds, others last minutes, and some require me to recycle power to the modem.This is very annoying.  How can it be fixed?Location: L4C9R9Thank you!
