how to config wifi network hidden

Hi, 

I got the new Fido modem and have configure the wifi network.  I'd like to make the network hidden (not broadcasting the network name).  Is there a way to do it?

Hello AY5,

  Since you've already configured the Wifi network, I'll assume you know how to access the settings to make changes. In the settings for your Wifi network, there should be an option to enable and/or disable SSID Broadcast. The SSID is essentially the name of your network. Disabling the SSID broadcast would prevent the name of your network from being seen by anyone else (ie hidden).

  If you're using both 2.4GHz and 5GHz frequencies, you might have to disable SSID broadcast in both of those profiles.
